The Infineum Pension Plan is designed to pay eligible colleagues a benefit when they retire, based on their years of service and pay. Infineum pays the full cost of the plan. The Pension Plan’s primary purpose is to provide a base level of continuing income throughout retirement. The plan is designed to pay unreduced benefits to eligible participants as early as age 60.
