Aldo Govi, EVP Commercial
In his current role as EVP Commercial Aldo is accountable for leading the Infineum’s Global Sales and Marketing functions. This includes accountability for short and long term profitability, the customer interface and relationships as well as Infineum’s Customer Centricity drive, market segment strategies and product portfolios to deliver profitable growth within the lubricant additive industry.
Aldo has more than 25 years of experience in the lubricant additives industry and has been a member of the Infineum senior executive committee since 2016. Before becoming EVP Commercial, he held several senior leadership positions such as EVP Business Growth and Strategy and President of Infineum USA, EVP Sales, Business Director for the Lubricants segment and Sales Director for the EMEA region.
Aldo is a member of the Board of Infineum Italia and the Salaco JV.
In the earlier stages of his professional career, Aldo worked in the Supply and in the HR functions in various global and regional roles. During his career Aldo has lived and worked in US, UK and Italy.
Aldo holds a Master's Degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Genoa in Italy.
